In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jrg69 website accessible at https://jrg69.lat, including all sub-pages, features, games, and services made available thereon.
• "Company" means jrg69 and its affiliated operating entities responsible for delivering the Platform and its services.
• "Member" or "You" means any individual who has successfully registered a jrg69 account and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Member on the Platform, used to place bets, access games, and manage funds.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus amounts.

• You are not listed on any government-issued exclusion list, financial sanctions register, or similar prohibited-persons database.
• You are of sound mind and are not suffering from any condition that impairs your ability to make informed decisions regarding gambling and its financial consequences.

jrg69 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the Company's satisfaction.

To use the Services, you must complete the jrg69 registration process and create a single, personal Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and ongoing maintenance:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and phone number.
• You may hold only one Account per person. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party.

• Account registration does not confer any proprietary right over the Account. jrg69 retains the right to suspend, modify, or close any Account in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

jrg69 is committed to maintaining a secure, fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Members are required to pass KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.

You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents at any point during your membership:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document confirming your residential address in Indonesia, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot confirming that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., a BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account statement header).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by jrg69 support will result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities until verification is complete. jrg69 reserves the right to withhold funds pending successful verification where fraud or identity theft is suspected.

All financial transactions on jrg69 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Deposits may be made via: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned less any applicable processing fees.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your Member dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• jrg69 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account within five minutes. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 minutes, contact support with your transfer receipt.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your jrg69 Account.
• A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Member dashboard and may change subject to platform policy updates.
• jrg69 targets withdrawal processing within the same business day for verified accounts; processing times may vary depending on your bank's internal procedures.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where fraud indicators are detected, where KYC documentation is pending, or where the account is subject to an active investigation.
• Bonus Balance is not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Only the real-money portion of your Balance may be withdrawn at any time.

jrg69 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific conditions communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to Indonesian residents aged 21 and above who hold a valid, verified jrg69 Account in good standing.
• Each promotion specifies its own Wagering Requirement. The default Wagering Requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 with a 20x requirement must be wagered a total of Rp 2.000.000 before any portion becomes withdrawable.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the jrg69 Platform:

• All bets are placed at the Member's sole risk. Once a bet is confirmed by the Platform, it is final and binding, subject to any void conditions described below.
• jrg69 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game where a clear pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of the event is in doubt, or where the bet was placed after an event's outcome was known.
• Sportsbook odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your stake.
• For live in-play betting, jrg69 may suspend markets at any time without notice. Any bet attempted during a market suspension will not be accepted.
• All slot and live casino games are provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are governed by certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing laboratories.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jrg69 Platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are invalid and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to conceal the origin of funds derived from unlawful activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another individual to use your Account.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform's infrastructure, including distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or similar activities.
• Communicating offensive, abusive, or threatening content to jrg69 staff or other Members through any Platform communication channel.

All content on the jrg69 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, data compilations, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of jrg69 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publish any Platform content without the Company's prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the jrg69 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context without written authorisation from the Company.

Any unauthorised use of jrg69 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of this agreement and may give rise to legal proceedings.

jrg69 collects, processes, and stores Member data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an Account, you consent to jrg69 processing your personal data for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications.

jrg69 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across the Platform and applies strict internal access controls to ensure that Member data is accessible only to authorised personnel. jrg69 does not sell Member personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and KYC service providers where legally required.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jrg69's total liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

jrg69 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or disruptions to third-party payment providers (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja).
• Losses attributable to a Force Majeure event.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Temporary Platform unavailability for scheduled or emergency maintenance.

Either party may terminate the Member's Account in accordance with the following provisions:

Termination by the Member:

• A Member may close their Account at any time by contacting jrg69 support via live chat or email at [email protected].
• Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (net of pending withdrawal requests) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
• Bonus Balance is forfeited upon voluntary Account closure unless the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met prior to the closure request.

Termination by jrg69:

• jrg69 may suspend or permanently close an Account immediately and without prior notice in the event of: a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or receipt of a legal order from a competent authority.
• Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Member, jrg69 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation.
• jrg69 may also close an Account at its own discretion with 30 days' written notice, returning any remaining real-money Balance to the Member's verified payment method.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles applicable to online gaming operations. The Company operates as an internationally licensed entity; by accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge this jurisdictional context.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be referred to jrg69's customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jrg69 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of Indonesia applicable to your individual circumstances. jrg69 makes no representation that the Services are lawful or appropriate in every jurisdiction from which the Platform may be accessed.

jrg69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jrg69 will:

• Post the revised Terms & Conditions on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
• Notify active Members via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate update is required to comply with a legal obligation or to address a security concern.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. jrg69 recommends checking this page at least once per month.
